Dried Mint Leaves – Pudina – Mentha – Herbal Aromatic Leaves

Introduction

Pudina, or Mint Dry, is a household favorite for its refreshing taste and cooling touch. Traditionally, it has been used in many easy homemade remedies for digestion, freshness, and skin comfort.


3–5 Traditional Homemade Remedies

  1. Pudina Tea for Refreshment:
     Boil 1 tsp dried Pudina leaves in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Strain and drink for natural cooling and digestive comfort.
  2. Mint Face Pack:
     Mix dried Pudina powder with rose water and apply to the face for 10 minutes to refresh and cool the skin.
  3. Pudina Chutney:
     Grind dried Pudina, lemon juice, green chili, and salt to make a traditional digestive chutney.
  4. Cooling Drink:
     Add crushed Pudina leaves to buttermilk or lemon water for a refreshing summer beverage.
  5. Aromatic Steam:
     Add a few dried Mint leaves to hot water and inhale gently for soothing aroma and freshness.
